Andre Stephani

Andre Stephani, professional trombonist, vocalist, and leader of musical groups 1948 to present. He has performed with Don Ho, Buddy Greco, Bette Midler, Lou Rawls, Johnny Carson, Mel Torme, Nachito Herrera (and the King of Thailand.) He received his Master's from the University of Minnesota, his B.A. in Jazz Studies from Metropolitan State University and Applied Music from Washington State University and has had private instruction on the trombone with Bernard Presslar, Principal Trombonist, Fort Wayne Philharmonic Orchestra. He released his CD "Ninety Mile Bridge" in 2002, standards in an Afro-Cuban style. Instrumental in developing the Jazz Interpreters, Andre also currently plays with the Capri Big Band.
